Stuck at Senior Manager - How to Break Through to Executive
This course is for Senior Managers, those managing large groups, who wish to break through to become true executives (Directors, Vice Presidents) and members of the leadership team of their organization or company. The course covers in depth both the expectations against which executives are judged and gives specific, step-by-step instructions to manage your promotion to this level.
The course itself is approximate three hours, covering expectations of executives, promotion process, questions and answers with a large audience of executive candidates, and additional resources to support your journey.
The course will benefit anyone seeking to grow in a company large enough to have multiple leaders on an executive team. It gives special consideration to those in larger corporate environments, including those at the Senior Manager (L7) level at Amazon and Google, M2 at Meta, or L65/66 at Microsoft.
The course is based on Ethan's personal earning promotion from Senior Manager to Director to Vice President at Amazon and this his subsequent work guiding a dozen of his direct reports through their promotions to Director.
